Tom is the face behind Legal Growth, Lincolnshire Marketing and now The Business Imp. He works with a great team to deliver affordable marketing solutions for small to medium sized businesses.

His vision for setting up the Business Imp was to create a site where local businesses could get guidance with everyday business problems like HR, Marketing and Design.

The idea quickly expanded to include other professional services and the interest to join quickly grew.
